What materials are used in your building? All our kits are Australian made and we use Bluescope genuine Zincalume ® and Colorbond® high tensile steel. These materials are covered with a 15 year manufactures warranty. Can I customise my building designed to my own needs? Yes you certainly can! We will do everything possible to make sure you get the exact building for your needs within engineering guidelines. Advise our friendly staff of your needs and we will bend over backwards to assist. How long before I receive my shed? We will dispatch your shed as soon as the final payment has been received from one of our many manufactured locations around Australia. Delivery charges will apply and will vary dependant on your location. You should receive your shed in 4 to 6 weeks from the initial payment. Do I need Council Approval? Yes, in most cases you will need council approval. Once your deposit has been paid we will provide you the engineering details of your building. The basic construction of your shed will start, awaiting notification in writing that council has provided approved. A final payment will be required once your shed has been constructed and is ready for delivery. If the building is not approved your deposit will be refunded in full on notification of refusal from the council. Are the kits easy to Build? Most of our clients erect their own sheds. If you have any queries our friendly staff will assist you. We also have a list of quality contractors that our clients have used in the past that you can deal with directly to assist in the construction of your building.
